Today, we’re creating innovative technologies, and with your help, we aim to reach even greater heights.

We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our global Legal Department and support strategic optimization, transformation, and governance initiatives across the MGID Group.

In this role, you will act as a senior legal partner for complex cross-functional projects involving Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, Compliance, Data Protection, Operations, and business teams. You will help ensure that business transformation initiatives are legally sound, properly structured, and effectively implemented.

This position is ideal for an experienced legal professional who combines strong legal expertise with project management, process improvement, business-oriented thinking, and the ability to work independently in an international environment.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Legal Projects and Transformation

  • Lead and support legal workstreams within strategic optimization and transformation projects across the MGID Group.

  • Provide legal input into initiatives related to contract management implementation, legal budgeting, corporate and tax optimization, governance improvements, internal controls, and operational restructuring.

  • Translate complex legal advice and external counsel recommendations into practical implementation steps, internal guidance, and business-facing action plans.

  • Coordinate cross-functional project work involving Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, Compliance, Data Protection, Operations, and business teams.

  • Take ownership of assigned legal projects, monitor their progress, and ensure that risks, dependencies, and next steps are clearly documented.

Legal Process Optimization and Governance

  • Support the design, improvement, and documentation of internal legal processes, approval flows, authority frameworks, contract governance rules, signing procedures, and internal controls.

  • Develop, update, and maintain internal legal policies, procedures, guidelines, templates, playbooks, and process documentation.

  • Identify inefficiencies, documentation gaps, and legal risks within existing workflows and propose practical improvements.

  • Help standardize recurring legal processes to improve efficiency, transparency, consistency, and audit readiness.

  • Support the implementation of structured legal reporting, tracking, and monitoring for key initiatives.

Corporate, Tax, and Group Structure Support

  • Support projects related to corporate structure optimization, group governance, intercompany arrangements, internal service models, and corporate or tax restructuring.

  • Advise on the legal implications of cost allocation, internal service arrangements, operational restructuring, and corporate governance matters.

  • Coordinate with external legal, tax, and corporate advisers across relevant jurisdictions.

  • Review and prepare corporate documents, internal approvals, powers of attorney, board and shareholder materials, intercompany agreements, and related supporting documentation.

  • Assess legal risks connected with proposed structural or operational changes and prepare recommendations for their mitigation.

Business Partnering and Cross-Functional Support

  • Act as a senior legal partner for Finance, HR, Tax, Compliance, Data Protection, Operations, and business teams on project-based legal matters.

  • Provide practical legal advice on complex operational, corporate, employment-related, finance-related, and governance matters.

  • Support legal budgeting and cost-control initiatives, including the review of legal spend, external counsel engagement models, and approval procedures.

  • Ensure that legal recommendations are aligned with business needs, the company’s risk appetite, internal policies, and applicable legislation.

  • Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate external advisers and cross-functional project teams.

Legal Analysis, Documentation, and Reporting

  • Prepare legal memoranda, risk assessments, project summaries, implementation plans, management notes, and internal guidance materials.

  • Prepare materials for management review and decision-making on legal, governance, and transformation initiatives.

  • Maintain structured project documentation, including decisions, approvals, risks, dependencies, action items, and implementation status.

  • Communicate complex legal matters in a clear, practical, and business-oriented manner.

  • Identify and escalate material legal, compliance, governance, or implementation risks to the Chief Legal Officer or Head of Legal in a timely manner.
