As a Sales Manager you will own and drive MGID’s direct sales efforts in the Mexican market, working closely with leading media agencies, direct advertisers, and internal stakeholders across Sales and Account Management. Your mission is to turn new business opportunities into long-term, revenue-generating partnerships.
This is a senior, hunter-focused role with full responsibility for the commercial cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing. You will engage Tier 1 and Tier 2 agencies, including major global agency groups, positioning MGID as a strategic native advertising partner.
The role offers strong market visibility, direct impact on revenue growth in Mexico, and the opportunity to shape MGID’s commercial footprint in a competitive and evolving AdTech landscape.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy for the Mexican market
Build and manage a portfolio of media agencies and direct advertiser clients
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and industry presence
Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach and pitching to negotiation and deal closure
Be responsible for meeting and exceeding defined revenue and activity targets
Develop senior-level relationships within Tier 1 and Tier 2 agencies, including key global agency groups
Translate MGID’s product capabilities into tailored, value-driven commercial proposals
Maintain a structured and accurate sales pipeline in HubSpot with clear forecasting
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Ensure a smooth and high-quality handover of closed accounts to the Account Management team
Job requirements
Who You Are
You have 3–5+ years of experience in customer acquisition within digital advertising, ideally working with media agencies, e-commerce brands, or performance-driven advertisers
You have established relationships within Mexican media agencies and understand how to navigate complex agency structures
You possess strong experience in full-cycle digital ad sales, from prospecting to negotiation and closing
You understand digital advertising assets, campaign mechanics, ad formats, and native advertising solutions
You are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and leading commercial discussions independently
You have an Intermediate or higher level of English, allowing you to confidently participate in internal communication
You are a proactive hunter who enjoys opening new doors and turning conversations into revenue
Experience in AdTech or MarTech platforms and prior agency experience will be considered an advantage.
