As part of our Legal team, you’ll help accelerate and protect MGID’s business across one of the most complex and fast-moving markets — the United States. Your judgment and creativity will ensure that every deal, partnership, and product launch moves fast, stays compliant, and builds lasting trust.

Job requirements

What you will do

  • Draft and negotiate MSAs, IOs, DPAs/SCCs, BAAs, and data-sharing agreements with advertisers, publishers, and tech partners.

  • Develop negotiation playbooks, clause libraries, and approval matrices to speed up deal cycles and reduce redline churn.

  • Advise Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams on advertising formats, FTC guidelines, and privacy regulations (CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA).

  • Support pre-litigation dispute resolution and manage cooperation with external counsel when needed.

  • Train commercial teams on compliant advertising practices, data handling, and risk awareness.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Publisher Development, and Ad Ops to enable clean, fast, and consistent contracting across markets.

Who you are

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law and have at least one year of experience in commercial or tech law.

  • You think like a deal-maker — drafting clearly, framing risk pragmatically, and staying composed under deadlines.

  • You communicate fluently in English, collaborate easily across time zones, and enjoy working in a cross-functional environment where business goals and compliance go hand in hand.

  • Your curiosity and business acumen help you connect legal precision with real-world impact.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or media law.

  • Familiarity with FTC rules, data privacy frameworks, and global compliance standards.
