Media Option is a full-scale performance digital media agency. Designed to be the optimal advertising solution, Media Option assists our clients in achieving not only campaign KPIs but also business goals. Our offering includes insight data for brands, strategic planning and access to the Media Option dashboard, ensuring high campaign conversions and result transparency.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare content plans and strategies according to the client's brief and tasks set by the client acquisition manager and account manager

  • Approve the content plan and coordinate the realization of the proposed offer with the client through the client acquisition manager and account manager

  • Conduct technical support and monitoring of current advertising campaigns, compilation of reports, analysis, evaluation, and adjustment of results of advertising campaigns

  • Allocate budget appropriately to each channel as per campaign objectives and goals

  • Manage cost and price negotiation with publisher websites, Influencers, KOLs, and content agencies, and outsources

  • Quote the price for media plans and manage campaign profitability as the company standard

  • Recommend effective strategies and channels, and confidently present a well-thought-out presentation to clients

  • Explore new media & content channels and tools

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or related field

  • 2 years of working experience in content/ KOL planning and execution

  • Knowledge in Content placement, influencers, and KOLs

  • Knowledge of platform algorithms, how to successfully generate views, reach, and engagement in each social media channel

  • Computer skills - MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of basic indicators and principles of how to measure and optimize content performance

  • English - Intermediate, Thai - Advanced/ Native

  • Ability to analyze information and make decisions

Will be a plus:

  • Good KOLs planning skills

  • Advertising agency experience

  • Know online metrics of video views, reach, engagement, and CTR

  • Energetic with good personality and interpersonal skills.

  • On-site shooting experience with KOLs

Languages proficiency:

  • Fluent Thai
